Chicken wuss in BALI. I know, I’m predictable.
Consider this a short, snack-fueled field report.
Stop 1 My Kopi O! (TS Bali, Jl. Nakula)
Pretty water sounds, photogenic corners, me pretending I’m the main character because there were exactly three things present: me, the food, and the staff. The upstairs is a hotel (pricey), and there are more restaurants “coming soon,” so it still feels a bit empty—like a soft opening that forgot to set an alarm.
I “just ordered snacks” and somehow spent IDR 200k. There goes my Stingy Girl badge into the fountain. 🪙 rip.
Detour: Kuta, Beachwalk, Balinale vibes
Randomly drifted to Beachwalk and landed in the Balinale zone.
Free cinematic atmosphere + bean bag = I’m not moving.
If only I had space at home for one… where would my laundry mountain live?
Mini verdicts
Snagged a puyo dessert for IDR 15k and sank back into the bean bag like it was a life choice.
- My Kopi O! (TS Bali): Calm view, nice water soundtrack, still growing into itself. Snack menu = wallet danger.
- Beachwalk Balinale: Excellent people-watching + bean-bag nesting. Bring a light jacket; the AC ambush is real.
- Me: “I’m frugal.” Also me: spends 200k on “just snacks,” then celebrates with pudding. Character development? Perhaps.
Summer here never ends, apparently. Thanks for reading this gloriously unnecessary update.
