Nanny’s Pavillon (Beachwalk, Kuta): Pretty Room, Pancake Regret, and a Salad That Needed Feelings

March disappeared and I blamed “being busy,” but it was just me failing to CEO my life. I did, however, remember lunch. So I wandered into Nanny’s Pavillon at Beachwalk like a girl who reads on cushions and pays taxes in whipped cream.

Vibe & who it’s for

Location: L1 Beachwalk Mall, Kuta.

Look: storybook-cute, light-drenched, staff in adorable uniforms.

Audience: groups of girls, couples, anyone chasing Instagram lighting.

Solo-friendly: yes, nice to sit, pretend to read, and sip tea.

Wi-Fi: was flaky when I went, hopefully fixed by now.

Menu & prices (what to expect)

Range: about Rp30k–130k for waffles, pancakes, pastas, salads, and assorted Western comforts.

Bill reality: add roughly 15% (tax + service). Date within your dishwasher risk tolerance.

What I ordered (prices I paid)

🫐 Blueberry Cheese Roll IDR 40.000

Pancake roll with cream cheese inside, vanilla ice cream and blueberry sauce on top.

Texture: soft, fluffy.

Flavor: the cream is heavy-sweet; best slowly in small bites.

🍄 Sam’s Portobello Salad IDR 29.000

Verdict: serviceable, but it misses a protein hug.

☕ Coffee (Uncle Bob’s Cappuccino or Wakeup Mooda Albert) IDR 32.000

Names are cute; taste is okay. If you’re picky about coffee, temper hopes.

Earlier visit: their spaghetti (pretty sure aglio olio) was the stronger choice.
