Exam week enters the chat

EXAM WEEEEEEEEEEK.

For a professional hibernator who treats “syllabus” like folklore, this is my villain origin story. It’s not that I can’t do the exam: I will, in fact, graduate (manifesting).

It’s the assignments I parked in the “future me will handle this” lot.

Future me has filed a complaint.

backlog: a month

deadline: in days

solution: questionable

I regret:

the movie marathons, the hubris, the belief that time is a flat circle.

I do not regret:

snacks.

plot twist #2: my immune system rage-quits

New year, new… sore throat, breathy lungs, nonstop cough, then a full-on cold.

I’m blogging in a ninja mask like a discount superhero: Sneeze-Guard Girl.

Public service announcement from a clown you know:

hydrate like it’s your unpaid internship
vegetables (yes, really): fewer regrets, less constipation, more glow
sleep > scrolling
carry tissues! we live in a society
micro pep talk for fellow procrastinators
write one ugly paragraph
submit one imperfect thing
set a 20-minute timer and sprint
reward with something tiny (tea, meme, three dramatic lunges)

Progress > perfection.

We’ll pass. We’ll nap. We’ll be okay.

Signing off to see a doctor and bully my to-do list.
